Untapped connects early-career talent with tech job opportunities, where recruiters post positions and job seekers create profiles to apply to jobs and browse company events. Following their $50M Series C funding, Untapped planned market expansion beyond their initial success with university students and recent graduates.
The company hired Pentagram for a rebrand with new colors, typography, and visual elements, which created an opportunity to develop a comprehensive design system that would ensure consistency across the product while addressing existing design debt.
