Kopa is a marketplace that connects renters with apartments and housemates for 1-12+ month stays. Think of a mashup of Airbnb and Zillow rentals. Through Kopa, landlords added their rental properties, and renters browse, booked, and paid for them.
I had the unique opportunity to touch all areas of the business and to fail often. I determined what product features to work on to grow the business and was a solo designer making those ideas come to life.
Kopa grew from 0 to 70+ US cities and was acquired in 2023.
